Tiger Hills, Mt. Khangchendzonga, Loop and Ghoom Monastery, P.N. Zoological Park, Tenzing rock, Ropeway, Japanese Temple and Tea Garden, Mirik and Pashupati market (Nepal).
Arrive Guwahhati transferred to Darjeeling. On arriving in Darjeeling, you will be guided to the hotel. After completing all the check-in formalities, you can rest for the day. You can either relax or leisure around the markets and explore them.
We will leave early in the morning around 4 AM for the Tiger Hills to experience the spectacular sunrise and how the rays of the rising suns change the colour Mt. Khangchendzonga (3rd highest peak in the world). On the way back, you will be visiting Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After having breakfast, you can start with your sightseeing. You can first visit the P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday close) and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Then you can visit the Tibetan Refugee self- help Centre (Sunday closed), Tenzing rock, Ropeway, Japanese Temple and Tea Garden (outer view). After the sightseeing is over return to the hotel. Either you can relax or wander around in the market. Post wandering, you can return to the hotel and retire for the night
After having the breakfast, you will drive to Mirik and Pashupati market (Nepal). Mirik is a scenic hill station spot near Darjeeling and has gained a lot of tourist attention because of its climate and natural beauty. After your visit return to your hotel where you will have your breakfast. After having the breakfast, you will be transferred to the Railway Station / Airport from where you can board your train or flight and bid farewell to the place with the heartwarming memories of your tour to Darjeeling.
