Arrive Jammu station & well drive to Srinagar. On arrival in Srinagar check-in to the Houseboat. After some rest in Houseboat for 1 hour enjoy boat ride by Shikara to explore the Dal Lake, Water Ways, Back Waters, Canals, Floating Gardens, Vegetable Gardens, Water Lilies, Lotus Flowers, Easily accessible mobile vendors, Floating Handicraft centre & inherited lifestyle of people living inside the Lake since decades. Return back to Houseboat. Dinnner & overnight stay at houseboat.
After breakfast check-out from Houseboat & transfer to the hotel. After some refreshment visit famous Mughal Garden, Nishat Garden, Chashma Shahi Bagh, Shalimar Garden is situated on the bank of Dal Lake. Shankaracharya Hill Temple located in hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire city along the famous Dal Lake & River Jhelum, en-route visiting handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina / Shahtoos Shawls and world over reckoned carpets, evening return back to hotel, dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast proceed to full day excursion to Sonmarg 87 km from Srinagar in the north east of city at an altitude of 3000mts above sea level. The place offers incredible scenic beauty dense forest, gigantic mountains. The place itself is a popular resort for mountaineers, Rock Climbers, besides an important halt on way to Kargil & provides the ideal base for Trekking routes, high mountain lakes, Glaciers & Shri Amarnath Ji holy cave. Evening return back to Srinagar hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to Jammu Railway station for onward journey.
